By using QuizLemon you agree to these simple terms.

Quizzes and their results are provided for fun. They are not professional, psychological or medical advice, and we make no guarantee that a result reflects reality.

Who can use QuizLemon

You need to be 16 or older — or the age of digital consent where you live, if that is higher. Creating an account means ticking a box that says exactly that, and we keep the date and the version of these terms you agreed to. Playing quizzes without an account stays open to anyone, of any age.

One person can use more than one account if the reason is honest (a work profile, a fresh start). Don’t use extra accounts to dodge a suspension, fake vote or play counts, or to pretend to be someone else.

Our content

The text, design and code of QuizLemon belong to us. You’re welcome to share links and screenshots of your results, but please don’t copy our quizzes or articles in bulk.

Trademarks

Names of people, characters, products and brands that appear in quiz results are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification. QuizLemon is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them.

Community quizzes (your content)

Quizzes created in the community section stay yours. You give us a limited, revocable licence to host and display them while they are live, which is 48 hours. You are responsible for what you publish: only post text you wrote or may legally use, and nothing that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, threatening or aimed at minors.

We check published text automatically (our own rules plus free safety services) and we may hide or delete a quiz at any time, with or without a reason. If a quiz is reported by several people it is hidden automatically. You can delete your own quiz from the “Your quizzes on this device” list, and you can ask us to act by emailing info@quizlemon.com.

Accounts, follows and communities

An account needs only a username and a password — no email. You are responsible for keeping your password and your one-time recovery code safe: anyone who has them controls the account, and because we never store an email address we cannot verify who you are or reset access for you. You can delete the account at any time from Settings.

Follows, comments, community posts and polls are public parts of the site. Don’t use them to harass, spam, impersonate someone, share personal information about another person, or push polls and quizzes for political or commercial campaigns. Accounts used for this can be suspended, and communities that break the rules can be hidden.

When you found a community you become its first member, not its owner with special powers: the community is moderated by the same automatic rules and by our team.

Your profile photo

Uploading a picture is optional and you keep the rights to it. By uploading you promise three things: you may legally use the image, anyone in it (or their parent or guardian) agreed to it, and it isn’t a photo of a person under 16. Remember that a profile photo is public — it appears next to your name on your profile, your comments and your messages. We can hide or delete a photo at any time, and the person shown or the rights holder can ask for removal by emailing info@quizlemon.com.

Private messages

Messages between two accounts are private in the sense that nobody else can browse them — not in the sense that they are secret. They pass the same automatic safety checks as public text, and they are stored on our servers so you can read them later. So the rules here apply to messages too: no harassment, no spam, no sharing another person’s personal details, nothing sexual involving anyone under 18. You can delete any message you sent, block anyone in two clicks from Settings → Blocked, and report a message that breaks these terms.

Reporting copyright or illegal content

If you believe something on QuizLemon infringes your copyright or is illegal, email info@quizlemon.com with: (1) the exact link, (2) what you believe is infringing or illegal and under which law, (3) your name and contact details, and (4) a statement that your complaint is made in good faith. We handle notices under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act and, for rightsholders in the United States, under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512). We’ll tell you what we decided and why; unfounded notices may have to be referred back to you.

Our responsibility

The site is provided “as is”. Within the limits allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damage arising from use of the site, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited — for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded where you live.

Who runs this site

QuizLemon is an independent project run by a single developer, not a company. The site is hosted on managed web hosting and the quiz data lives in our own database. All questions, notices and requests — including copyright notices, complaints about content, privacy requests and questions from public authorities — go to the same address: info@quizlemon.com. We aim to answer within 7 days; if we remove or hide something you published, tell us the link and we’ll explain why.

Changes

We update the site and these terms when features change — the “Updated” date at the top of this page is the notice, and a material change also gets a short note on the site. Because we never have your email address, we can’t write to you personally; keeping your account active means you accept the updated terms, and if you don’t, delete the account in Settings and your data goes with it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the site operator lives (Türkiye). That does not take away the mandatory consumer or data protection rights you have where you are — the GDPR if you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, your state consumer law if you are in the United States. Anything that can’t be settled over email is heard in the operator’s local courts, except where your local law requires a different court.
